Gregg Le Blanc > The spreading arms of these grand oak trees make stunning silhouettes in the evening sky.
Gregg Le Blanc > These huge oak trees in the central valley are amazing. To me, they are an iconic feature of the hills and valleys of California. They can be seen in the golden hills where the cattle graze and between the orchards and fields. I always like returning to this one in particular.
Gregg Le Blanc > As you can tell, I just love the combination of poppies and lupin. There are all sorts of composition possibilities.
Gregg Le Blanc > In late 2007, a major fire erupted 180 miles NW of where we were. The smoke and clouds came in and created a mid-day sunset color palette.
Gregg Le Blanc > Danielle scouts out the next rotation while John keeps his head above the ground.
Gregg Le Blanc > Reminds me of the Maxell ad from the 80's.
Gregg Le Blanc > January does a catcher's hang and returns to her aerial roots.

Gregg Le Blanc > This guy cooperated. It was harder than I thought to convince him / her to land, stay put, light up, and fumble around one-handed to get a pseud-macro shot with my 50mm lens that refused to focus.

Gregg Le Blanc > This is the epitome of health. Stef demonstrates perfect balance with the sunset and malbec. The Brookyln rooftop really turned out to be a great shooting location. I'm new with a real flash, but I was able to dial everything correctly to capture this great image of Stef.

As I usually say, it's easy to take pictures of beautiful people doing interesting things.

Gregg Le Blanc > Sometimes you catch a great expression right when your model turns to look at you. This was one of those times.
